Huang Jianbin
Founder, Chairman & CEO
EMBA from Tsinghua University’s PBC School of Finance; currently pursuing a DMgt doctoral track jointly with SUSTech and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has over 20 years of domestic and international enterprise management and strategy leadership experience in Fortune 500 companies, including key roles at China Telecom, Tencent, and NTT. He also helped build three startups from zero to one, with successful IPO outcomes across A-share, NYSE, and Nasdaq markets, including core founding participation in Ucloud, Uber China, and Lexin.
Guo Jicheng
General Manager
Graduated from Xiamen University with a major in Management Science. More than 10 years of experience in financial licensing operations and compliance management. Led the BNPL product between Lexin and China UnionPay. Former General Manager of Lexin Financial Center and a Registered Officer (RO) registered with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. Former Senior Audit Manager at Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP.
Wu Yi
Chief Product Advisor
Graduate of South China University of Technology, with a Master’s degree from King’s College London and an EMBA from CEIBS. Former General Manager of WeChat Pay, where he led products serving hundreds of millions of users. WeChat Red Packet became a classic case in mobile payments due to its strong product insight and user understanding. He also served as President of Lexin and has been Chief Product Advisor at Hengbi International since December 2025.
Marc Uzan
Senior Advisor
Founder of the New Bretton Woods Committee and long-time advisor on international financial infrastructure. His work spans central-bank dialogue, policy coordination, and the future architecture of cross-border finance.
Yuan Li
Senior Advisor
Formerly served as Assistant Director in the International Business Department of PICC Jilin Branch; Deputy General Manager at Ping An Property & Casualty; Director, Deputy Director, and then Director of the Policy and Regulation Department at the China Insurance Regulatory Commission, later Assistant Chairman and spokesperson; President of China Life Group; and Vice President of China Development Bank. Since 2024, he has served as Independent Non-Executive Director of Legend Holdings. He holds a PhD in Finance from Peking University.
Jin Yong
Chief Research Advisor
PhD in Business Administration from the University of Florida, with over 50 publications in top academic journals and multiple international awards. He is currently Associate Dean of the Faculty of Business at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Deputy Director of the OSL-PolyU FB Web 3.0 AI Research Centre. He co-founded Cyberport’s R3 Innovation Lab, participated in the mBridge project, and serves as a reviewer for science-park incubation programs, supporting CBDC assessment work across regions, including Hong Kong e-HKD initiatives.
