CodeCoin Invited to China-Europe Digital Governance Roundtable; CEO Benny Delivers Keynote Remarks

On March 30, 2026, Benny Wong, CEO of Hengbi International Technology Limited (CodeCoin), was invited to attend the Sustainable Business Roundtable held in Shanghai and delivered keynote remarks. The event was themed "Targeted Breakthroughs for Sustainable Growth: Supporting Chinese Digital Enterprises Going Global," focusing on compliant overseas expansion paths for Chinese digital companies under the EU Digital Markets Act (DMA) and AI Act.

Dr. Andreas Schwab, Member of the European Parliament and chief rapporteur of the DMA, attended and delivered remarks. Guests from institutions including InterCivis, Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance, East China Normal University, Shanghai Landing Law Offices, and Conflux Network participated in the dialogue.

In his remarks, Benny focused on two themes: smart-contract security auditing and stablecoin compliance. He noted that the global stablecoin market has passed one hundred billion dollars and that cross-border payments are migrating from traditional bank clearing systems to on-chain settlement — while smart-contract vulnerabilities, private-key management risk and divergent regulatory policies across jurisdictions remain the core constraints on the industry's healthy development.

On technical security, Benny said that as quantum computing advances, traditional RSA/ECC-based cryptography faces a potential threat. CodeCoin has placed quantum security on its product technology roadmap and is developing and integrating post-quantum cryptography (PQC) and quantum key distribution (QKD) modules, with the aim of strengthening the long-term security of blockchain payment systems and building forward-looking protection for user assets and private data.

On compliance, he emphasised that CodeCoin maintains a compliance-first approach, proactively studying and engaging with regulatory frameworks across jurisdictions in order to find a sustainable path to compliant operations as global regulation tightens, and to build a foundation of user trust.

Participants also shared perspectives on AI education practice in China, smart-contract security auditing, stablecoin compliance pathways and China's regulatory policy framework. The discussion went into differences in philosophy around AI legislation, data sovereignty and cross-border data flows, and the institutional balance between privacy protection and technological innovation.
